As an Application Manager at Atos, you ensure the effective operation, management, and optimization of software applications across our organization. This versatile role blends technical expertise with excellent organizational and communication skills. You act as the bridge between IT and end-users, playing a crucial role in guaranteeing the availability, performance, and continuous improvement of our applications. Ensure applications remain available, up to date, and functioning properly. Monitor application performance and resolve incidents (incident management). Act as a key link between the IT department and end-users. Analyze organizational needs and translate them into IT solutions. Advise stakeholders on application capabilities and limitations. A completed bachelor’s or master’s degree in IT. Experience with stakeholder management. Strong project management skills for implementation or migration projects. In-depth knowledge of the software development lifecycle (SDLC). Experience in budget preparation and management. Knowledge of application quality assurance and experience with Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Excellent command of Dutch and English, both spoken and written. 2–3 days per week on-site in the Antwerp area, with the remaining days working from home Company car, fuel card, mobile data plan, meal vouchers, expense allowances. ~Unlimited learning opportunities via our training platforms. ~
