The Beverage & Food Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the bar, ensuring guests enjoy exceptional service and memorable experiences. From crafting perfect drinks to maintaining a lively, welcoming atmosphere, you lead by example and inspire your team to deliver excellence. You coordinate with the Bar Manager to ensure smooth service, manage stock and schedules, and uphold the highest standards of quality, safety and guest satisfaction. Lead the daily operations of our B&F outlets, ensuring everything runs smoothly from morning to night. Supervise bar setup and closing procedures, ensuring the bar area is clean, organized and fully stocked. Oversee cash handling, POS operations and end-of-shift reconciliations. Support in creating and implementing new beverage concepts, promotions and seasonal menus. Supervise and support the team during your shift, keeping the overview and energy alive. Coach, train and inspire ambassadors to deliver our brand standards with style. We are looking for a Supervisor who lives life to discover and brings personal style to every experience: · Passionate about beverages, cocktails and hospitality, with a curiosity to explore new trends and flavours. · Confident in leading a team on shift and with strong organizational skills. · Previous experience in a bar or hospitality supervisory role is a plus. · Can communicate fluently in English and preferably Dutch · Eligible to work in the Netherlands 50% discount in hotel Beverage & Food outlets. · Personal coaching to support you in your day-to-day job and lots of development and training opportunities. · As part of our culture we celebrate recognition and organize many social activities, such as our Associates Appreciation Week, yearly Staff Party and Team outings.
