De rol: Van klantvraag naar contract Als Business Development Manager bouw je onze klantenportefeuille proactief uit en positioneer je We Are Live / Level V als dé toonaangevende (live) videopartner in Nederland. Je begrijpt corporate (marketing/communicatie) vraagstukken en vertaalt deze samen met het team naar concrete, winstgevende voorstellen voor video producties, live video of live/hybride events. Samen met onze creatieve productie collega’s creëer je maatwerkoplossingen die de verwachtingen van de klant overtreffen, waarbij je de specifieke krachten van We Are Live én Level V optimaal benut. Je beschikt over een uitstekend netwerk, commercieel inzicht en weet dit dankzij sterke relationele vaardigheden om te zetten in concrete resultaten en een groeiende klantenbasis. Je hebt meer dan 5 jaar ervaring in een vergelijkbare commerciële rol, bij voorkeur binnen de media, (event) technologie, of creatieve sector. Connectie: Je hebt affiniteit met de kracht van beeld en beleving en begrijpt de technische en creatieve complexiteit van onze diensten. Internationaal: Jouw speelveld is de wereld en je spreekt Engels net zo makkelijk als Nederlands. You combine commercial sharpness with a genuine passion for top-notch video, engaging digital events, and impactful hybrid productions. You understand the communication needs of large organizations and translate them into sustainable, creative collaborations with We Are Live and Level V. The Role: From Client Need to Contract As a Business Development Manager, you will proactively grow our client base and position We Are Live / Level V as the leading (live) video partner in the Netherlands. You act as a strategic consultant who understands the communication objectives of potential clients. You understand corporate (marketing/communication) challenges and, together with the team, translate these into concrete, profitable proposals for video productions, live video, or live/hybrid events. Together with our creative production colleagues, you create tailor-made solutions that exceed client expectations, leveraging the strengths of both We Are Live and Level V. You have an excellent network, commercial insight, and the relational skills needed to turn these into tangible results and a growing client base. You have over 5 years of experience in a similar commercial role, preferably in media, (event) technology, or the creative sector.
