Within our B2B Mobile sales organization, we are looking for a Vertical Executive Samsung is a global leader in innovation and technology. Within our B2B Mobile sales organization, we are looking for a Vertical Executive Healthcare to accelerate Samsung’s growth in the healthcare sector. While Samsung is also a leader in medical technology, this role is specifically focused on our B2B smartphone portfolio and mobile solutions within the Dutch market. As Vertical Executive Healthcare, you are the driving force behind Samsung’s success in the healthcare vertical. You will establish and grow long-term partnerships, identify new opportunities, and translate customer needs into innovative smartphone and mobile solutions from our B2B portfolio (not medical devices). You will work closely with a wide range of healthcare organizations, such as hospitals, mental health institutions (GGZ), elderly care homes, home care providers, rehabilitation centers, youth care organizations, and public health services. Grow existing accounts (30%) Brief resellers on full healthcare propositions. Acquire new accounts (30%) Develop new channel partners aligned with Samsung’s healthcare strategy. Identify, win, and expand key accounts to increase market coverage. Collaborate with the B2B team (PM, channel, bid desk) to deliver solutions and execute strategy. Position KNOX value propositions and build strong ecosystems at key accounts. Manage sales performance, forecasting, and reporting. Create actionable account and vertical growth plans. Your team As a Vertical Executive Healthcare, you will join the B2B Mobile division, a team of 21 professionals across six verticals (four in NL, two in BE). You’ll report to the Sales Manager B2B Benelux and collaborate closely with colleagues, mainly in the Netherlands, but also with our Belgian specialists — for example in healthcare. The team is energetic, commercial, and collaborative, with a strong focus on impact and growth. As our new Vertical Executive Healthcare, you are a team player with a strong customer focus, always aiming to exceed client expectations. With excellent communication and account management skills, you make a real impact. A completed bachelor’s degree in a commercial discipline or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of selling in healthcare, with a strong vertical network across all levels, from C-level to IT heads, and deep understanding of their needs, business models, and partners. Preferably 5–8 years successful experience managing mobile and smartphone solutions in a growing business, which includes solution and product knowledge. Fluent in Dutch and English at a professional level. Strong market knowledge, understanding of healthcare drivers, and effective engagement strategies. Proven experience with senior executives in top 500 accounts, mapping business needs to technology solutions. Track record of driving opportunities, managing pipelines, and exceeding quotas.
