Performance Marketeer We’re looking for a hands-on and analytical Performance Marketeer to join our Growth team. Drive profitable customer acquisition and scale international advertising across multiple channels. Lead and execute multi-channel performance marketing efforts across Europe and globally. Collaborate quickly with our creatives team to test new ad concepts, visuals, and messaging.
– Continuously A/B test audiences, creatives, landing pages, and formats.
– Analyse performance daily and translate insights into actions.
– Work closely with content, email, and sales to support cross-channel growth.
– Enjoy rapid testing and improving ads weekly, while working in a systematic and iterative way: producing large volumes of new ads, reviewing performance consistently, and removing or scaling campaigns based on clear weekly cycles.
– Have 2–5 years of experience in performance marketing, either at an agency, company, or both.
– Speaking Dutch is a great nice to have (for running Dutch campaigns), but not a strict requirement. Full-time on-site at our Rotterdam office, no systematic WFH.
