We’re growing our data engineering capability and looking for a sharp, modern Data Platform Engineer who can build reliable, scalable, and automated data platforms that actually move the business forward. What You’ll Do You’ll be working across the full data platform lifecycle: Design, build, and maintain cloud data platforms (Azure preferred) Develop automated ETL/ELT pipelines for batch + streaming Implement data quality, lineage, testing & governance Enable self-service data products for analytics and AI teams Create monitoring, dashboards, and operational observability Collaborate with engineers, architects, BI and data science teams Contribute to long-term platform architecture and roadmap Mentor juniors and help uplift engineering standards This is hands-on, modern data engineering — not maintenance or legacy babysitting. What You Bring We’re targeting professionals who operate at a high technical level : ~3+ years in Data Engineering / Platform Engineering ~ Strong Azure data stack experience ~ Databricks, Python, SQL, orchestration tools (ADF, Airflow, etc.)~ CI/CD + IaC (Terraform / ARM)~ Understanding of governance, testing frameworks and compliance ~ Ability to own deliverables and communicate clearly ~ Experience guiding junior engineers is a plus Nice to have: Streaming architectures, Power BI/Tableau exposure, cloud certifications.
