As we expand our presence in the Netherlands, we are seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales Representative to strengthen our market position and accelerate business growth across the Dutch healthcare and laboratory diagnostics sector. We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team in the Netherlands. You will build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, laboratories, and key stakeholders, ensuring our innovative diagnostic solutions meet the evolving needs of the Dutch healthcare sector. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives and revenue targets. Manage and expand relationships with existing clients through regular communication, product training, and support. Conduct market analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive developments. Collaborate with marketing, technical, and support teams to ensure seamless customer experience and solution delivery. Represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and professional networking events. Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and account plans. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Clinical Diagnostics, Biomedical Sciences, Biochemistry, Pharmaceutical Marketing, or a related scientific or commercial field. Minimum 3 years of sales experience in the healthcare, medical device, or laboratory diagnostics industry. Proven track record in business development or account management, ideally within the Dutch healthcare sector. Fluent in Dutch and proficient in English (Turkish proficiency is an advantage).
