Functieomschrijving
- Take full responsibility for the
engineering and realization of power distribution projects in the
data center industry. - Lead and supervise
Interface and System Engineers, ensuring detailed engineering is
completed within the project's scope. - Ensure
functional alignment between various designs and disciplines to
meet customer requirements. - Oversee the
engineering, manufacturing, installation, and commissioning of
power distribution systems, including medium- and low-voltage
switchgear, transformers, power distribution units, and modular
solutions such as E-Houses and Skids. - Act as
the technical point of contact for clients, advising them and
ensuring proper coordination between different designs and
stakeholders. - Work closely with the Project
Manager to ensure seamless integration of engineering with project
management. - Perform work from our office in The
Hague, with regular visits to factories and project sites both
domestically and internationally. This may include supervising
factory tests, attending meetings with clients, and coordinating
site work.
Functie-eisen
- Completed HTS (HBO) or TU (WO) degree in
Electrical Engineering. - At least 7 years of
experience as a (Lead) Engineer in multidisciplinary
projects. - Hands-on experience with low- and
medium-voltage switchgear, transformers, short-circuit, and
selectivity calculations. - Familiarity with
industry standards such as IEC 61439. - Proven
ability to prepare technical reports and test
plans. - Creative and positive attitude, with the
ability to communicate and encourage team
members. - Experience in creating and managing
engineering and execution plans, and delivering projects on time
and within budget. - Strong background in
leading, managing, and coaching
engineers. - Strong communication skills,
commercially astute, and capable of managing critical customers
effectively. - Flexibility and willingness to
travel for short business trips (domestic and
international). - Stress-resistant, able to
perform under pressure in a dynamic work
environment. - Fluent in English, both spoken and
written. - Knowledge of the Dutch language is a
plus.

€7,000 gross per month, based on experience and
