The Product Manager Staining & Cover slipping is responsible for managing the product category lifecycle from launch to retirement, with a focus on delivering sustained revenue growth, profitability, and product satisfaction. The role collaborates extensively with cross-functional teams throughout the organization to drive customer-focused innovation, enable sales teams, and deliver targeted marketing tactics tailored to market needs. Additionally, the Product Manager Staining & Cover Slipping conducts regular performance reviews and presents fact-based insights and actions to Sales, Marketing Management and the Executive Team (ET) as required. It also entails developing sales tools and trainings and collaboration with regional teams for product improvements. Develop and execute strategies to achieve financial targets. Design a tailored CVP for the service offerings to the appropriate Customer Categories, adapting messaging for different personas and segments from market analysis. Commercial Fluency: Regional Planning: Develop and execute tailored regional strategies, aligning services with market needs and organizational goals. Collaborate with regional teams to adapt offerings and initiatives, and track performance metrics to ensure accountability and success. Targeted Marketing: Collaborate with Customer Marketing to implement country-specific activities based on market analysis. Conduct frequent analyses of trends, services performance, and competitive actions. Present findings, actions, and mitigation plans to Sales, Marketing and Customer Care & Operations Management. Adjust and maintain comprehensive service roadmaps that align with customer insights and market trends in collaboration with Customer Care & Operations Management. Sales and Services Enablement: Create training programs and tools to enhance team capabilities. A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, marketing or any other related field A minimum of 3 years of experience in product management in pathology, preferably in an international environment. think strategically and use data to create value-based service approaches. communicate clearly and confidently, align stakeholders with ease, and write fluently in English and at least one other language. are skilled with tools like Microsoft Word, Excel, and modern collaboration and analytics platforms — and know how to make a strong presentation.
