For our Human Resources Department in Hoofddorp we are looking for an HR Business Partner with knowledge of Dutch employment law and experience in an international (matrix) working environment. As HR Business Partner, you are part of our international HR team with 9 colleagues located in both Hoofddorp and Aberdeen. With offices in Hoofddorp and Aberdeen and worldwide project locations, we support our international community with more than 26 different nationalities. As HR Business Partner, you will be the driving force behind our people strategy. Establish strong relationships to best enable the delivery of a professional, value adding HR service. Drive the annual HR cycle, including areas such as performance management and compensation and benefits, and identify and deliver improvements. Implement Corporate HR processes and policies, providing insight/ feedback to ensure they meet the needs of the business. Lead and/or participate in the development of HR processes, policies and projects and take an active lead in embedding them. Provide expert guidance and support to management on employee relations, performance management, compensation & benefits, absence management and talent development. Ensure HR advice and support provided is commercial and focused on the business requirements. Manage complex employee relations issues. Partner with managers to determine a solid recruitment strategy, ensuring we attract and retain top-tier talent. Conduct ad-hoc project work as agreed with the MT and Corporate HR. Participate in Company’s emergency response organization by providing HR support. You are able to initiate improvements and solve complex issues for which helicopter view, in-depth expertise and good understanding of the business (context) are necessary. are a certified HR professional and hold at least a bachelor’s degree in HR or equivalent. – have proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar advisory role. – have sound knowledge of Dutch labour law (which is essential for this position), HR best practices and industry trends. – are fluent in both Dutch and English. – proven experience in leading (whole or parts of) HR projects within an international organization. – have experience with HR and Payroll systems, preferably ADP (iHCM2)-
