HR Generalist Hours: Full-time Contract: 4 months (Also open to Independent Contractors) Language: English One of our trusted international partners is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Generalist to join their dynamic HR team in Amsterdam. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, multicultural environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional HR support and driving employee engagement. As an HR Generalist, you will provide operational HR advice across multiple functions, ensuring compliance with Dutch labor legislation and company policies. You’ll work closely with HR Business Partners to implement people initiatives, manage employee relations cases, and contribute to talent development strategies that support business growth. Employee Relations & HR Support Advise managers on HR policies, Dutch labor law, and best practices. Act as second-line support for complex HR queries beyond Ask.HR. Support performance calibration, talent forums, and training initiatives. Assist with onboarding and recruitment processes to ensure a smooth candidate experience. HR Projects & Compliance Collaborate with HR Operations and Centres of Excellence on policy updates and process improvements. Keep up to date with Dutch legislation and propose enhancements to HR policies. Contribute to HR projects that drive engagement and operational excellence.
