Human Resources Specialist Are you a dynamic and motivated HR professional looking for an exciting opportunity to shape and strengthen a company’s human resource framework? We are seeking a passionate and skilled Human Resource Specialist to join our team. With your expertise in developing, maintaining, and executing HR strategies, combined with your understanding of Dutch labour law, you will play a pivotal role in driving employee engagement, fostering a positive work environment, and ensuring compliance. Throughout your time as a Human Resource Specialist at our organization, you will be an essential part of the HR team. You will report directly to the Head of Recruitment and will have sole responsibility for managing all HR operations within the company. In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving employee engagement, implementing fair and transparent policies, and ensuring compliance with Dutch labour law. By providing innovative and responsible HR solutions, you will contribute significantly to the development and success of our organization. Develop, update, and communicate HR policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure consistency and compliance across the organization; Educate employees and managers on HR policies and procedures, fostering a culture of fairness, respect, and adherence to best practices; Manage and maintain HRsystems, databases, and records, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality; Prepare HR reports andmetrics, analysing trends and providing insights to support decision-making processes; Support HR-related administrative tasks, such as employment contract preparation, work permit applications, and employee data management; Stay updated on Dutch labour law regulations and ensure compliance within all HR practices and procedures; Act as the primary point of contact for external stakeholders, including the IND (Immigration and Naturalisation Service), Municipality, insurance providers, and other relevant parties. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; ~2–4 years of experience in HR roles with exposure to various HR functions; ~ Relevant knowledge ofDutch labour law and employment regulations; ~ Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Dutch and English; ~ Proficient in HR software and systems for data management and reporting; ~ Daily free lunch withthe team, plus a fridge and pantry stocked with snacks and drinks; ~ Regular social events, sports activities, and international team trips.
