We are looking for a motivated IT Infrastructure Engineer to strengthen our global IT team. In this role, you will help maintain and improve the IT infrastructure that supports our international maritime operations. This position is ideal for someone with a few years of hands-on experience who wants to grow further in infrastructure engineering within an international and dynamic setting. Support and maintain our IT infrastructure (Windows Server, Active Directory, M365, Intune, basic Azure). Participate in implementation, configuration, and troubleshooting of IT systems, both onshore and onboard vessels. Support IT security initiatives and follow best practices for a secure IT environment. Contribute to IT projects, upgrades, and improvements in close cooperation with global colleagues. HBO degree (applied sciences) in IT / Informatics or equivalent. ~2–5 years of hands-on experience in IT infrastructure. ~ Familiar with IT security basics and best practices. Communicative, able to operate fluently in Dutch and English. Team-oriented, works well with others but also independently. Curious mindset, eager to learn and grow further in infrastructure engineering. Collaborative and supportive team culture.
