At Action’s International Headquarters in Zwaagdijk, we’re looking for an Organisation Development Manager to help shape our fast-growing company for the future. If you enjoy combining data, strategy, and stakeholder collaboration to drive meaningful change, this could be the next step in your career. Track FTE targets, monitor organisational costs, and report on progress You start your day aligning with department heads to discuss the future structure of a growing team. Then it’s time to review FTE dashboards and cost data, providing insights for leadership. After lunch, you participate in a working session to refine an initiative aimed at simplifying how overhead teams collaborate across countries. You finish the day by preparing a recommendation to the Head of Organisation Development, backed by analysis and smart solutions—all part of helping Action grow with focus and efficiency.
