As a Partner Growth Manager on our Partner Services Team, you will own key relationships with travel partners, working with them to identify additional revenue opportunities then project managing the required changes with internal and external teams. As a Partner Growth Manager you will deliver solutions based on conversion optimization best practices for existing partners. You will identify growth opportunities and develop new and creative growth strategies to further increase our partner’s total transaction value or insurance revenue. Regular collaboration with Client Solution Engineers, Account Managers, Data Scientists and Designers will be key in ensuring partner growth initiatives goals are achieved. Collaborate with designers and other team members to create landing pages and optimize user experience Monitor solution data, analyze and forecast where possible. Use data to monitor and identify adoption and utilization trends, as well as identify areas for improvement and growth To Help Us Level Up, You’ll Ideally Have Minimum 5 years’ experience in growth, optimisation, product, or marketing roles with a strong commercial or experimentation focus Understanding of the travel industry and the commercial value of ancillary products, including how they enhance customer experience and partner revenue would be advantageous Experience in data analysis and providing commentary would be advantageous Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, A postgraduate degree and/or record of academic achievement is also desirable Cover Genius not only cares about being the best in our industry, we care about our team. Flexible Work Environment – Our teams are hybrid. We work from home on a Wednesday and Thursday and attend the office on Monday, Tuesday and Friday with flexibility around start/finish times.
