Your opportunity We are seeking a Purchaser for a project-based position (1 year). As a Purchaser, you’ll manage the full procurement cycle for critical long-lead equipment and service packages. From supplier qualification and tendering to contract negotiation and post-award management, you’ll ensure timely, cost-effective delivery in line with project demands. Collaborating with technical and commercial teams, you’ll play a key role in securing high-value offshore assets and supporting project success. What you will do Manage full-cycle procurement for goods and services (PR, RFQ, bid evaluation, PO issuance). Ensure all suppliers are (pre-) qualified according to company standards. Lead and chair bid clarification meetings and negotiations. Negotiate optimal commercial terms, schedule, and value. Report weekly procurement progress and status alongside the Expediting team. Support multidisciplinary coordination with PPC, Engineering, Cost, Planning, and Contracts. Administer supplier invoices and manage post-award changes and commercial impacts. Lead resolution of disputes for assigned packages in liaison with relevant project stakeholders. Perform purchase order (PO) performance tracking and project close-out tasks.
