Organization For a word-leading company in the offshore industry market, we’re looking for a Senior Project Controller. The organisation has several specializes in design and execution of large and complex offshore projects. This position is part of a new and fast developing team (8 FTE). As a Project Controller you have a proactive attitude, self starter and an excellent communicator who collaborates with stakeholders. Function Drive the financial cycle (budgeting, forecasting, actuals) for major CAPEX projects in close partnership with project management. Provide actionable financial insights and enable strategic decision-making through robust business cases. Establish project structures, allocate budgets, and oversee cost control at both project and budget owner levels. Prepare monthly cash flow projections. Analyze and interpret budget variances. Coordinate planning processes for complex investment projects. Deliver day-to-day financial and administrative support to project teams. Identify and execute initiatives to enhance cost and cash efficiency. Requirements A bachelor or master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field; At least 5 years experience with project control, preferably related to CAPEX projects; Experience with SAP and Power BI is a plus; Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; Fluencyin English; proficiency in Dutch isa plus.
