To strengthen our EMEA Procurement team we are looking to hire a Procurement Manager to lead our Procurement team Chemicals. Work closely with the Global Procurement teams to ensure value creation for the business in the region. Work with the regional Product Leadership Teams to translate needs into multi-year roadmaps that deliver innovation, differentiation, and competitive advantage. Work together with Supply Chain & Operations to guarantee raw materials availability and quality, while at the same time exploring opportunities to increase service value through reducing MOQs, lead times, and business continuity risks. Lead Chemicals Procurement in the region and represent the category at the European Procurement leadership team as well as across stakeholders and partners. Bachelor / Masters’ degree (focus on Polymer Science / Chemistry is a plus) Prior experience (4y+) in direct Procurement of Chemicals in an international (preferably MNO) environment Strong Financial skills Full professional proficiency in English A growing and welcoming team with good spirit!
