The EMEA Talent Acquisition team plays a pivotal role, actively supporting our business in sourcing the best talent across EMEA markets. As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you’ll play a key role in finding and securing the best talent to help drive Dyson forward. Working closely with hiring managers, you’ll develop and deliver tailored recruitment strategies, managing the full cycle—from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation—while always aiming for efficiency and impact. You’ll act as a consultant to the business, advising hiring managers, sharing best practices, and shaping innovative sourcing strategies to attract diverse, high-quality candidates. You’ll also lead or support strategic projects to refine and future-proof our recruitment processes. You’ll work alongside business leaders, provide guidance on interviews and talent management, and ensure candidates stay informed and engaged throughout. Your industry insight will keep Dyson’s recruitment both compliant and competitive—helping us attract and retain the talent needed to push boundaries through technology 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition/agency recruitment, in a high-growth, fast-paced environment ~ Experience managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and managing the offer process, across a range of EMEA corporate functions ~ Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers ~ Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines ~ Comfortable interpreting recruitment data through analytical tools (e.G., Experience using recruitment tools, such as an ATS (preferably Workday) and LinkedIn Recruiter ~ A self-starter, multi-tasker, energetic recruiter, with a positive attitude and a passion for providing a best-in-class candidate experience ~ Fluent English plus one of the following languages – German, French or Spanish. New employees to Dyson in the Netherlands commence employment on a 12-month, fixed-term basis.
