We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Consultant to join us in the Netherlands on attracting and selecting talent for Arcadis across our Mobility Business (Rail, Roads, Marine, Airports, & New Mobility). In this role, you will contribute to the business’s success by owning all recruitment processes and enabling the business to prioritize its hiring in accordance with its commercial needs. You will also support the overall employer of choice agenda in the delivery of talent. In this role, you will be part of a global talent acquisition function and a true business partner. As a Talent Acquisition Consultant, you will be proactively going to market, via multiple sourcing channels, with a view to attracting the best possible talent to expand our teams, primarily within the disciplines of Design & Engineering, Program & Project Management and Environmental Specialisms, although it’s likely you will also be asked to resource roles from a much wider portfolio on occasion. Proactively going to market, via multiple sourcing channels, with a view to sourcing the best possible talent to expand our teams. Minimum 3 years experience hiring talent in the Netherlands. Capable of confidently and articulately contributing to Talent Acquisition discussions, and able to demonstrate a proactive, positive, and curious mindset. Strong consulting and influencing skills. Fluent in both Dutch and English (written and spoken). You’ll do meaningful work, and no matter what role, you’ll be helping to deliver sustainable solutions for a more prosperous planet.
