Job Title: Courier Success Associate/Sales Specialist Location: Amsterdam, NLD Job Type: Full-time contract, 06 Months Summary:
– The Courier Success Associate role is a unique opportunity to make a direct impact in growing the operations of couriers on the Client platform. Reporting to the Courier Operations manager, this role requires a combination of strong communication skills, interpersonal skills, creative thinking, and a self- starter attitude. You will work closely with our courier operations team to trial different calling outreach initiatives to improve courier’s onboarding and boost engagement. Responsibilities:
– Outreach Campaigns: Conduct targeted phone campaigns to engage couriers across different lifecycle stages, providing onboarding support, addressing barriers to activation, and encouraging continued engagement on the platform.
– Campaign Tracking & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of calls, outcomes, and feedback to continuously improve campaign effectiveness. Provide insights and performance reports to the courier operations manager.
– Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (Courier Operations & live operations) to align messaging and optimize courier lifecycle initiatives. Required Qualifications:
– Previous experience in telemarketing, account management, or sales
– Strong command of both English and Dutch
– Strong communication skills – Ability to effectively communicate key incentives to couriers in order to persuade increased courier engagement and interest in Client
– Customer service mindset – A positive, approachable, and friendly personality when speaking with couriers, with the ability to naturally adjust language to best suit the audience.
– Problem-solving ability – Skilled in thinking on the spot to propose effective solutions when challenges arise.
– Data-driven mindset and ability to track progress against KPIs
– Eager to learn- Excited to learn new tools, processes and methods used within Client
– Availability to work full time (40 hours), Mon-Fri. Working hours from 10:30 to 18:30. Preferred Qualifications:
– Experience with CRM systems or drafting marketing communications/copyright
– Strong command of additional languages
