Senior Consultant – Banking Strategy & Transformation | Netherlands | Hybrid We’re looking for a Senior Consultant to support leading financial institutions through strategic change and large-scale transformation. You’ll work on high-impact projects that shape the future of banking—from strategy development to operating model design and end-to-end transformation delivery. In this role, you will: Advise banking clients on strategy, transformation, and organizational change Develop strategic roadmaps and stand up transformation programs Design future-proof operating models Help clients navigate complex, rapidly evolving challenges Lead project workstreams and guide junior team members Be a key point of contact for clients across multiple assignments This is an ideal role for a consultant who thrives at the intersection of strategy, operations, and financial services. You bring: A Master’s degree in Finance, Strategy, Economics, or Business Administration 3+ years’ relevant experience in banking or financial services consulting Strong strategic, analytical, and commercial insight Affinity with the banking sector Fluent English + Dutch at B2 level or higher You’ll join a collaborative Strategy & Operations team within the Financial Services practice—working with experts across banking, insurance, and real estate.
