Senior HR Business Partner Hours: Full-time Contract: 9 months (Freelance only) Language: English One of our trusted international partners is looking for an experienced and strategic Senior HR Business Partner to join their Marketplace leadership team. This role is ideal for a seasoned HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced, global environment and enjoys partnering with senior executives to shape organizational strategy and deliver impactful people initiatives. As a Senior HRBP, you will work closely with the VP Data & AI and other senior leaders to advise on organizational design, lead change initiatives, and ensure alignment between business priorities and the People agenda. You will act as a key influencer, escalation point, and strategic advisor, driving HR programs that attract, retain, and develop top talent. Partner with VP Data & AI and Marketplace leadership on people-related strategies and priorities. Act as an escalation point for HR Business Partners and HR Generalists within your scope. Represent the People Department to ensure consistent, high-quality HR guidance. Organizational Design & Change Management Ensure capabilities within the organization align with business goals and targets. People Agenda & HR Initiatives Collaborate with Centres of Excellence and People Services to create tailored solutions for business challenges. Contribute to policy optimization and ensure compliance with global HR strategy. Proven experience partnering with VP-level and senior leadership teams. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. Critical thinking skills with experience in building business cases and strategic solutions. Solid understanding of HR policies, processes, and compliance requirements.
