At Konecranes we deliver the Equipment Control Software TEAMS, which plays a pivotal role in the 24/7 operation at automated container terminals worldwide. TEAMS controls the fleet of automated horizontal transport and other automated equipment, finds optimal routes across the terminal, and ensures efficient cooperation between the several equipment types on a terminal. We need YOU to maintain our excellent customer relationships and find your way in coordinating and balancing project management cornerstones: As a Project Manager at Konecranes, you will support our long term customers with maintaining stable and high performing 24/7 operation and pro-actively seeking improvements together with the customer. What you will be doing as a Project Manager: Managing of key accounts globally, state of the art automated container terminals that run with / rely on our automation software. Supporting the team in any technical difficulties by having discussions and suggesting solutions. A strong communicator with 3-5 years of experience in managing accounts, who excels at maintaining long-term client relationships and managing ongoing customer communication. Someone who’s excited about working in a software factory setting, using Scrum and SAFe Agile methodologies. A thoughtful and proactive person who can manage budgets, scope, and timelines effectively, and isn’t afraid to think outside the box to add value for our customers. Proficiency in English and a willingness to travel occasionally are essential. The opportunity to work with a globally recognized software product in container terminal automation.
