Title: System Administrator Amsterdam, Netherlands Type: Full-time Do you want to have the opportunity to be a key part of the team and help enable Modulrs growth in Europe? Modulr enables businesses, from SMEs to Enterprise, initially across the UK and Europe to efficiently pay-in, collect and disburse funds instantly via a range of payment schemes, accounts, and card products. Ensure new hires are set up for success by provisioning hardware, software and access from day one. Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software and connectivity issues efficiently, both in person and remotely, acting as the primary on-site IT presence for the office. Respond to help desk requests and manage tickets through our ticketing system with a high level of professionalism and urgency. Create and maintain high-quality documentation for technologies, workflows and processes to ensure effective knowledge sharing within the team. Support IT projects from conception through to delivery, including the rollout of new tools, SSO integrations and automation initiatives aligned with best-practice standards. Share insights and propose improvements to optimise IT processes and enhance the overall end-user experience. Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware (Windows, macOS, peripherals, AV equipment) and software (cloud-based tools, SaaS platforms) Ambition to work in a high-growth tech company Experience automating tasks using scripting languages such as Python, PowerShell or Bash, and exposure to automation/orchestration platforms. Familiarity with standards such as ISO27001, Cyber Essentials, or the NIST Cybersecurity Framework.
