At Lumenalta, we partner with enterprise teams to deliver high-impact digital products that reach millions of users worldwide. You’ll work closely with Product Owners, Technical Leads, and Engineers to translate evolving requirements into development-ready stories, clarify business logic, and strengthen platform understanding across teams. Refine complex or technical user stories in partnership with Product, Tech Leads, and Engineers Establish and champion standards for documentation quality and traceability across squads Support impact assessments and change analysis across downstream systems and data flows Thrives in complex technical environments where clarity drives speed and quality Understands modern software delivery workflows and system dependencies Strong communication skills and stakeholder management are key priorities. Candidates must be able to work core hours aligned with the UK timezone (GMT ± 1) to ensure real-time collaboration with the team.
