Activate your potential – join NORIT, the world leader in activated carbon production! As a Technology & Maintenance Manager, you’ll lead the charge in optimizing plant performance and reliability. This pivotal role blends technical innovation with hands-on maintenance leadership to ensure safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement across our Zaandam site. Lead, coach, and develop the Technology and Maintenance teams, ~ Develop and maintain CAPEX and maintenance plans, ensuring timely and budget-compliant execution, ~ Monitor progress and budget for all investment projects and maintenance activities, ~ Oversee preventive and predictive maintenance programs and work order systems, ~ Manage supplier and contractor performance, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards, ~ Actively participate in budgeting and forecasting for capital and maintenance of expenditures, ~ BSc/MSc in Process Engineering, Electrical, or Mechanical discipline. ~5-8 years of maintenance or engineering experience in a manufacturing setting, ~Proven experience managing CAPEX projects and maintenance programs, ~ Experience in change management is an advantage, ~ Hands-on mentality and team-oriented approach, ~ Knowledge of reliability-oriented maintenance and engineering standards, ~ Strong understanding of Process Safety Management and environmental awareness, ~ Full proficiency in Dutch and English.
