As Category Manager E-Store Mobile, you own the commercial, strategic, and digital performance of the Mobile category on Samsung.You define and execute a category strategy that elevates our smartphones, tablets, wearables, and accessories — and you ensure our online journey stands out from first click to checkout. You balance sharp analysis with strong execution. You translate data, market insights, and customer behaviour into category plans that boost conversion, revenue, and brand impact. You work closely with Supply Chain, Digital Marketing, Mobile Division, Corporate Marketing, Logistics, Finance, and Customer Service to deliver a seamless and high-performing online experience. Managing pricing, promotions, product pages, stock positioning, and commercial performance Conducting deep-dive analyses into product performance, consumer behaviour, competition, and segment trends Optimizing every touchpoint of the online journey, including product detail pages and checkout flow Your team You join a high-performing E-Store Mobile team of five colleagues, each responsible for a crucial pillar of Samsung.Com. The culture is hands-on, data-driven, and collaborative. As our new Category Manager E-Store Mobile, you bring a sharp commercial mindset, a love for data, and a strong sense of ownership. You understand how to build and grow a product category in eCommerce and how to elevate performance through structured analyses and bold optimizations.
