Voor de Tommy Hilfiger en Calvin Klein in de Bijenkorf in Den Haag zijn we op zoek naar een dynamisch talent met een uitgesproken feeling voor high fashion om ons team te versterken.
Wat ga je doen?
Als Assistant Store Manager ondersteun je jouw Store Manager in het beheer van het filiaal. Jij helpt de Store Manager de winkel op alle vlakken aan te sturen, dit gaat van planning tot administratie, van het coachen van collega’s op de vloer tot voorraadbeheer. Verder zorg je ervoor dat de commerciële doelstellingen behaald worden of zelfs weet te overtreffen! Je weet hoe je kpi’s moet analyseren en bijsturen en komt met creatieve ideeën om nog groter te worden. Ook bij afwezigheid van de Store Manager weet jij de winkel tijdelijk en onder alle omstandigheden effectief te managen – You lead by example!
Als echte teamplayer zorg je er bovendien voor dat jullie samen een hecht en betrokken team vormen waar iedereen zich goed voelt en weet wat er verwacht wordt. Je zorgt ervoor dat onze klanten altijd centraal staan in alles wat jij en het team doen en bouwt een goede relatie met hen op. Je doet er alles aan zodat de klant zich thuis voelt, het juiste advies krijgt en bedient hen met een glimlach. Je voelt verwachtingen en behoeften bij onze klant feilloos aan en kan hierop inspelen.

Over jou
- Je spreekt Nederlands en Engels
- Ervaring – Je kan terugvallen op een mooie ervaring in de retail en bent vertrouwd met het reilen en zeilen in een winkelfiliaal.
- Commercieel talent: verkopen zit in jouw bloed en je bent resultaatgericht. Je streeft naar een optimale klantbeleving, zet de klant altijd centraal en verliest targets nooit uit het oog. Je weet hoe je kpi’s moet analyseren en op in te spelen.
- People Manager: je hebt minimaal 1 jaar ervaring in het aansturen van een team
- Pro-actief – Je pakt graag uitdagingen en opportuniteiten aan. Met je enthousiasme kan je ook anderen hiertoe inspireren.
- Leergierig – Je staat open voor feedback en gaat hier ook actief mee aan de slag. Je hebt de enthousiasme om dingen te leren en nieuwe ervaringen op te doen. Je gaat op zoek naar opportuniteiten en denkt mee na over de ontwikkeling van Tommy Hilfiger.
- Flexibel: je werkt in een variërend uurrooster. Je wilt én kunt tijdens de week en in het weekend werken.
