What You’ll Do
- Respond promptly to customer service inquiries, including pre-sales consultations, after-sales support, and product warranty issues.
- Provide remote or on-site technical support to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Organize customer issues , collect and relay customer feedback, and maintain customer relationships.
- Support product testing and facilitate product bug optimization.
- Prepare and deliver standardized documentation , participate in building the knowledge base, and address real-world product issues.
- Provide product and technical training for internal and external stakeholders (e.g., functionality training, product demonstrations, enablement training), and offer remote support.
You Are
- An individual with at least 1 year of experience in pre-sales or after-sales support.
- From a science or engineering background ; technical support or related industry experience is preferred.
- Proficient in local language (French preferred); fluency in English or other languages is a strong advantage.
- A clear logical thinker with excellent service, communication, and execution skills.
- Responsible and a team player , capable of handling unexpected issues.
- In possession of a valid driver’s license and able to travel independently.
