Currently, they are looking for a Billing & Customer Administration Analyst to join their expanding team.

Job Profile for Billing & Customer Administration Analyst

Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

  1. Complete and correct customer and invoice-related information in billing and accounting systems to ensure accurate invoicing can take place.
  2. Issue ad hoc invoices and credit notes from the accounting system or billing system.
  3. Process purchase orders for prepaid credit.
  4. Analyse any discrepancies that might affect the accuracy of invoicing to multiple customers or might negatively impact the profitability of our company.
  5. Prepare reports based on our activities for colleagues and customers.
  6. Participate in projects set up to improve the Billing process and systems.
  7. Perform ad hoc tasks as deemed necessary by the Manager of IM Operations and/or the Head of Billing and Customer Operation.

Candidate Profile for Billing & Customer Administration Analyst

  1. Must be fluent in English and German, both written and spoken.
  2. MBO (level 4, administrative).
  3. Proficiency in MS Office, advanced level of Excel (Pivot tables, Lookup, Graphs) and PL/SQL.
  4. Experience working with different cultures.
  5. Experience in customer support and accounting.
