Job Description: Calculator | Werkvoorbereider
We are seeking an experienced Calculator | Werkvoorbereider with a minimum of three years of work experience in calculation, specializing in maintenance and renovation, particularly within the painting industry.
This dynamic role focuses on renovation and maintenance projects and requires someone who can quickly switch from calculation to work preparation. The ideal candidate is proactive, solution-oriented, and enjoys tackling challenges with a good sense of humor.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain contact with clients, primarily housing corporations
- Calculate serial painting work
- On-site measurement and assessment
- Knowledge of materials and equipment
- Market analysis for tenders
- Work preparation and planning
- Coordinate with site managers and subcontractors
- Potential for a permanent position with clients
Requirements:
- At least three years of experience as a calculator, with a focus on maintenance and renovation
- Experience in the painting industry is mandatory
- Ability to quickly switch between calculation and work preparation
- Knowledge of relevant software such as IBIS Trad
- Understanding of the renovation and maintenance market
- Experience working with or for housing corporations is a plus
