As Pricing Manager, you are responsible for developing and executing a

commercial, competitive, and profitable pricing strategy

for Spring Europe.

You:

• Design and implement

  integrated pricing policies

  across products, markets, and customer segments

• Analyze

  volume, revenue, margin, and competitor data

  to inform pricing decisions

• Handle

  customer quotations

  and ensure alignment with pricing and margin policies

• Collaborate with

  sales, finance, product, and portfolio teams

  to align pricing with business goals

• Lead or contribute to

  strategic projects

  where pricing plays a key role

• Monitor

  market trends and digital developments

  to future-proof our pricing models

Director of Sales Strategy & Product Management

and work closely with the

sales intelligence manager, the commercial data analyst, sales teams, finance, and local pricing counterparts

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
• 5+ years of experience in

  pricing, commercial strategy, or financial analysis

• Strong

  analytical and numerical skills

• Experience with

  margin modeling, cost analysis, and pricing tools

• A

  data-driven mindset

  and the ability to translate insights into strategy

• Excellent communication skills in

  English

  (Dutch is a plus)

• Affinity with

  e-commerce logistics

  and international markets

• Strong stakeholder management and project leadership skills
