Your role in our team
As a Commercial Project Controller, you’ll be at the intersection of finance, contracts, legal topics, commercial strategy, and communication. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing financial and contractual aspects of projects (sales & execution)
- Actively participating in legal and contractual matters
- Overseeing risk, claim, and change management
- Preparing and monitoring budgets, forecasts, and project reports
- Guiding the project team and managing stakeholders
- Supporting sales with bids, pricing, and cost calculations
- Negotiating with suppliers and aligning with finance managers
- Coordinating processes such as insurance and taxation
- Coaching and mentoring junior colleagues

What we’re looking for
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance & Control, Business Economics, or a similar field
- Experience as a Project Controller or in a Control role
- Knowledge of SAP, Power BI, and IFRS (preferred)
- Fluency in English (Dutch is a plus)
- Strong communication skills to engage, influence, and align stakeholders across different functions and cultures
- Experience working in a project-driven environment
- A proactive, detail-oriented, and coaching mindset
- The ability to take ownership and drive results
