Job description:
- Financial and contractual project management (sales & execution)
- Active involvement in legal and contractual matters
- Risk, claim and change management
- Preparation and monitoring of budgets, forecasts and project reporting
- Steering the project team and managing internal and external stakeholders
- Supporting sales with bids, pricing and cost calculations
- Negotiating with suppliers and aligning with finance managers
- Coordinating processes such as insurance and taxation
- Coaching and mentoring junior colleagues

Requirements:
Strong communication skills are key in this role. You are able to engage, influence and align stakeholders across different functions and cultures. You have experience working in a project-driven environment and enjoy taking ownership.
Additionally, you have:
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance & Control, Business Economics or similar
- Experience as a Project Controller or in a Control role
- Knowledge of SAP, Power BI, IFRS is preffered
- Fluency in English (Dutch is a plus)
- A proactive, detail-oriented and coaching mindset
