You will work out of our private datacenter located in The Hague and your expertise will be vital in supporting our datacenter operations and providing exceptional customer support. /ppAt Netrouting, we take pride in fostering professional growth and offer an encouraging work environment with access to a variety of resources to gain experience in servers and networking. /ppResponsibilities /pulliPerform installation, configuration, and maintenance of datacenter hardware and networking equipment. /liliMonitor datacenter systems and network performance to proactively identify and resolve potential issues. /liliCollaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve hardware, network, and server-related problems. /liliImplement and enforce security measures to safeguard datacenter assets and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. /liliManage server deployments and migrations, ensuring minimal downtime and data integrity. /liliConduct regular audits and maintain accurate documentation of datacenter assets, configurations, and processes. /liliAssist in designing and implementing datacenter procedures and best practices to optimize operational efficiency. /liliRespond to and resolve datacenter-related incidents and emergencies on a 24/7 on-call rotation basis. /li /ulpRequirements /pulliMust currently live and have permission to work in The Netherlands /liliBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience). /liliProven experience as a Datacenter Technician or in a similar role with a focus on datacenter operations and infrastructure. /liliSolid understanding of networking, and server hardware (e.g., Dell PowerEdge, Juniper switches, HPE ProLiant). /liliBasic knowledge of datacenter infrastructure (e.g. UPS, generator, cooling, fire suppression) /liliProficiency in datacenter monitoring tools and management systems. /liliStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. /liliExcellent communication skills and a customer-centric approach to address client needs. /liliWillingness to participate in on-call rotations and work flexible hours as needed. /li /ulpBenefits: /pulliCompetitive salary commensurate with experience. /liliOpportunities for professional development and growth within the company. /liliFlexible work schedule for full-time positions, including the option for hybrid work arrangements. /liliAccess to company benefits package including a bonus plan. /li /ulpJoin our team at Netrouting and be part of a dynamic and innovative company that values professional growth and fosters a collaborative work environment.
