Job Summary

This role is an exciting opportunity to drive recruitment for key operational roles—such as warehouse staff, Managers, customer service and maintenance engineers—while also supporting professional hiring when needed. Looking ahead, this position has the potential to expand into a European-wide scope, giving you the chance to broaden your impact across borders.

As a hybrid position, you’ll enjoy a flexible mix of home-based work and time spent at our sites across the Netherlands. While Rotterdam is our preferred base location, we’re open to other locations in the Netherlands for the right candidate. You’ll have real autonomy over your travel schedule and will play a key role in delivering a high-quality, end-to-end recruitment service—from intake meetings with hiring managers to sourcing, screening, and onboarding top talent.

As part of our European Talent Acquisition team, you’ll.

  • Partner with hiring managers across the Netherlands and wider Europe to recruit for roles in Operations (warehouse, transport, maintenance)
  • Collaborate with human resources leadership and business leaders to develop recruiting strategies that promote diversity and ensure best practices.
  • Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies that build top talent pipeline and enable meeting current and forecasted regional needs.
  • You will play a critical role in developing our employer brand by making sure that hiring managers and candidates receive a high-quality recruitment service.
  • Use ATS tools like Workday or Phenom to manage your pipelines and reporting.

What are we looking for?

  • Be comfortable in generating candidates for sometimes hard to fill positions using Linkedin Recruiter, Indeed or other job boards as well as attending job fairs.
  • Previous experience managing operational recruitment within warehousing, logistics or transport would be highly beneficial.
  • Enjoy building relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Screen candidates to ensure we are introducing great candidates that is a culture fit to our business.
  • Have worked with recruitment systems (such as Workday or Phenom).
  • Be able to create and maintain various reports relating to the recruitment process.
  • Due to the nature of roles, you will be recruiting for its essential that you are able to speak Dutch and English to a professional standard.
  • Ability to work remotely and be self-driven to complete tasks without supervision.
