Wat je gaat doen As a production employee, you will play a key role in creating sustainable raw materials for a leading player in the agricultural industry. Working in a clean production facility, you will ensure that quality, hygiene, and safety protocols are met at all times.Your main tasks will include: Supplying raw materials to the mixers Monitoring sterilization and inoculation processes in the cleanroom Operating and supervising packaging systems (bags of 2.5 kg) Monitoring and recording production parameters to guarantee quality Transporting packages internally with a trolley Keeping equipment and workspaces spotless through thorough cleaning This is a varied production role in 2 shifts in a cleanroom environment where quality comes first Wat we je bieden We believe in rewarding your hard work with excellent conditions and real career opportunities: Starting salary: € 3,466 gross per month (based on 40 hours/week, including shift allowance and end of year bonus)25 paid holidays + 8.33% holiday allowance per year Travel allowance (up to 50 km round trip) Work in a modern, hygienic production environment.
