Overview
HR Business Partner role at REMONDIS Nederland . The HR Business Partner combines strategic HR advice with practical execution for the Noord- en Zuid-Holland region, contributing to the growth and development of the organization.
Regular presence on our sites in Amsterdam, Beverwijk, Zaandam, Enkhuizen, Rotterdam, Strijen and Den Haag helps you stay closely connected and able to advise and support management on diverse HR issues.

Responsibilities
- You are the first point of contact for regional management and advise on a range of HR issues.
- Facilitate the execution of laws and regulations and ensure correct application of central HR policy.
- Collaborate with colleagues on absence management, recruitment, HR administration and payroll administration.
- Actively contribute to strategic themes such as sustainable employability and organizational development.
- Play a role in M&A trajectories and support onboarding and integration of new locations.
- Provide input for strategic workforce planning and help future-proof our HR policy.
- Think along about improving HR processes and contribute to the optimization of our systems in AFAS.
Qualifications
- HBO- or WO-degree in Human Resource Management or a comparable field, and at least 5 years of experience as HR advisor or HR business partner in a (mid)large organization.
- Ability to translate central HR policy into practical application and be a strong, accessible sparring partner at all levels of the organization.
- Current knowledge of relevant HR topics, laws and regulations.
- Experience with change management, e.g., in mergers or acquisitions.
- Strong advisory skills and organizational sensitivity.
- Entrepreneurship and proactivity in the HR business partner role.
- Experience with AFAS (pré).
- Knowledge of the CAO Beroepsgoederenvervoer (pré).

You join a committed and professional HR team of about fifteen colleagues, spread across our headquarters and various locations in the Netherlands. Team members bring their own expertise, but work closely together, share knowledge and help each other progress. The team — like the organization — is ambitious and quality-driven, supporting and strengthening REMONDIS’ growth. Your enthusiasm and critical view fit well here. You will have daily contact with colleagues in HR, absence and recruitment, and with operational managers, and you work from our office in The Hague under the guidance of our HR director.
