Functieomschrijving
- Ensure adherence to defined guidelines,
processes, and procedures for all site operations assigned to
you. - Oversee site administration, ensuring all
activities are completed on schedule, at the required quality
level, and within budget. - Represent the site in
all decision-making committees of the project, liaising with
management, the customer, and the
team. - Coordinate contractors before and during
the execution of work, ensuring alignment and smooth
operations. - Assess risks and opportunities at
the construction site, considering economic, organizational, and
contractual aspects. - Monitor compliance with
standards, regulations, laws, quality, and Environmental Health and
Safety (EHS) guidelines. - Lead a team of
qualified employees, ensuring high-quality work and adherence to
project goals.
Functie-eisen
- HBO qualification in Electrical
Engineering or a similar technical
field. - Alternatively, vocational education in
Electrical Engineering with at least 5 years of professional
experience. - Strong track record of professional
experience working with electrical
equipment. - Ideally, experience working in an
international or intercultural
context. - Willingness to work on projects abroad
for extended periods (3 weeks on-site, 1 week at
home). - Business-fluent in English; proficiency
in Dutch is a plus. - Possession of a valid EU
passport. - Valid driver’s license (category
B).

€5,500 gross per month, depending on
