As a Senior IT Business Analyst for Financial Management, your responsibilities include:
- Creating high-quality designs and well-documented configurations and specifications.
- Collaborating with BPOs to shape their functional roadmap and working with the business to derive functional designs.
- Overseeing the backlog to ensure the team is prioritizing tasks correctly and maintaining development quality.
- Daily coordination of the team of business analysts.
- Assisting with functional testing and providing guidance on the correct use of the system.
- Providing third-line functional support and ensuring a smooth handover to the operations team.
- Taking timely actions for periodic maintenance to guarantee the system's proper functioning.
Functie-eisen
- A bachelor's or master's degree in Information Technology or Business Administration.
- A background in financial management, preferably with relevant certifications related to finance and experience in a project management department.
- At least 1 year of experience in ERP implementation and change management.
- Excellent proficiency in the English language, both written and spoken
