An exciting opportunity has arisen with a leading player in the medical device sector, specialising in interventional procedures. We are seeking an experienced Territory Manager to join their Peripheral Interventions division, with responsibility for driving growth across a defined territory in the Netherlands.
The Role:
You will be responsible for managing and growing sales within your territory, targeting Interventional Radiologists and associated clinical stakeholders. The role involves:
- Developing strong relationships with key decision makers within hospitals and clinics.
- Driving revenue growth through strategic account management and business development.
- Providing product education, procedural support and training to healthcare professionals.
- Collaborating closely with internal teams including marketing, clinical and management.
- Continuously analysing territory performance and identifying new opportunities.
About You:
- A minimum of 3+ years’ sales experience in peripheral interventions or a related interventional field.
- Proven track record of sales success — ideally able to demonstrate previous revenue figures, sales growth, targets achieved and market penetration.
- Strong clinical and commercial acumen with the ability to discuss procedures, product features and patient outcomes.
- Genuinely passionate about improving patient care through innovative healthcare solutions.
- Comfortable working autonomously in a field-based role while being part of a wider team.
- Fluent in both Dutch and English.
- Hold a valid driving license.
