- Collaborate with a team of (lead) engineers throughout project phases, from concept to delivery, ensuring high-quality execution in a fast-paced environment.
- Generate detailed mechanical designs and evaluate various engineering aspects, such as interfacing, layouts, choice of components, fire safety, HVAC systems, and mechanical systems.
- Interact with colleagues working on low voltage, medium voltage, and busbar systems to ensure seamless integration.
- Review and assess basic and detailed designs, along with project-related documentation.
- Proactively communicate with customers and suppliers regarding project-related matters.
- Organize and participate in factory acceptance tests (FAT) to validate project outcomes.
- Prepare comprehensive technical documentation packages for project delivery.
- Provide in-office support for production and on-site delivery, ensuring proper project closure and handover.
- Initiate and execute improvements related to processes, products, and projects.
Functie-eisen
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field, with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
- A precise, positive attitude with a broad technical interest.
- A flexible working style, hands-on approach, and a results-driven mindset.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to ask difficult questions and a genuine eagerness to learn.
- Fluency in English; basic knowledge of Dutch or willingness to learn is a plus.
