As a Payroll Specialist, you will be responsible for the entire payroll process and will assist your colleagues with complex payroll and regulatory issues.

Your responsibilities include:
– Ensuring timely, accurate, and complete payroll processing for temporary workers
– Applying and monitoring laws and regulations related to payroll administration
– Handling complex payroll issues
– Conducting checks and audits of payroll administration
– Identifying risks and opportunities for improvement within payroll and back-office processes
– Communicating legislative changes to the organization and providing support with reporting and corrections
– Working with payroll, back-office, and time-tracking systems
Job Requirements: You are a meticulous and proactive payroll professional who looks beyond the numbers.
– You have completed a PDL program (or equivalent) and have several years of experience in payroll, preferably in the staffing industry
– You have in-depth professional knowledge of:
– Payroll calculations, taxes, and social security contributions
– ABU/NBBU collective bargaining agreements and labor laws
– Payroll regulations
– You work in a structured, accurate, and results-oriented manner and are a strong team player
– You communicate clearly and can explain complex matters in an understandable way
– You think in terms of solutions and are not afraid to be critical within the framework of laws and regulations
– Knowledge and experience working with Mysolution
– You are digitally savvy and quickly adapt to new systems xxqafcf
– An SEU certificate is a plus, or you are willing to obtain one
