CrossKnowledge is searching for a Sales Account Executive – EdTech & Learning Solutions, based in the United Kingdom, Germany, Belgium, Netherlands, or France (from our offices in Rueil-Malmaison or Sophia Antipolis).

Job summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Account Executive to manage large client accounts and generate incremental revenue by identifying and closing new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in selling edtech solutions and services to global clients, with a strong focus on building long-term relationships and driving growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Account Management: Manage and grow existing large client accounts by understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions that drive value.
  • New Business Development: Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities with prospective clients to achieve incremental revenue targets.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within client organizations, including C-level executives and decision-makers.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
  • Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and customer success, to ensure client satisfaction and drive business growth.
  • Reporting: Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to senior management, highlighting progress against targets and key performance indicators.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales, with a focus on edtech and learning solutions.
  • Demonstrated success in managing large client accounts and generating incremental revenue.
  • Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex solutions to diverse audiences.
  • Proficient in CRM software and sales tools.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, or a related field.
  • Fluency in multiple languages is a plus.
  • Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
