pAbout the Role: /ppWe are looking for a skilled SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) Consultant to join a key maintenance transformation program for a major industrial player based in Rotterdam. This role is ideal for someone with strong functional expertise in SAP PM and a practical understanding of maintenance planning, work order processing, and plant operations. /ppThis role starts as a contract position (initial 6–12 months), with a clear pathway to permanent employment for the right candidate. You’ll play a key role in optimising PM functionality within SAP and supporting core maintenance operations. /ppWhile SAP PM is the main focus, experience or familiarity with Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) tools or strategies is a welcome bonus. /pp Key Responsibilities: /pulliAnalyse, design, and configure SAP PM solutions based on business requirements /liliSupport daily maintenance processes: corrective, preventive, and breakdown /liliWork closely with operations, maintenance teams, and IT to align system functionality with business needs /liliParticipate in workshops, testing, training, data migration, and go-live support /liliDeliver documentation and end-user support in Dutch /li /ulpMust-Have Skills: /pulli5+ years of experience in SAP PM (Plant Maintenance) /liliStrong knowledge of maintenance processes, equipment master data, work orders, and planning /liliFluent Dutch is required /liliHands-on configuration experience in SAP ECC or S/4HANA /liliStrong communication and stakeholder management skills /liliExposure to broader SAP EAM concepts or tools /liliPrevious involvement in S/4HANA transition projects /li /ulpNice to Have: /pulliExperience with SAP FSM, mobile maintenance apps, or IoT integrations /li /ul
