Connecting your world As a Senior FP&A Controller you are being in the lead of companywide planning, forecasting and performance management activities. Ensures Royal Schiphol Group wide planning and performance cycle resulting in sound financial plans and results being delivered to the shareholders. Independently creates long range financial planning models and orchestrate planning activities based on key business drivers and KPIs. Provides insights into past and future financial and business performance of the company, both short and long term. Develops analytical models to solve complex business challenges when it comes to integrated business planning and performance management. Ensures insights created or enabled by the role contribute to ‘Support best value for money decisions’ and ‘Increased Business Partner Role’ – core two ambitions in Finance Vision 2025. Ensures Royal Schiphol Group wide planning and performance cycle resulting in sound financial plans and results being delivered to the shareholders- Controlling of the Workforce costs companywide to ensure delivery of the ‘workforce’ strategy in accordance with the financial requirements. Finance or Economic degree (additional IT related degree is a plus). You speak fluent Dutch Various businesses finance experience. Affinity with data, analytics, financial systems is a must.
