To achieve this, they are seeking an experienced People Services Senior Manager to lead the development and optimization of a centralized People Services & Administration function (for 6 countries, North West Europe). This role is pivotal in ensuring compliance, streamlining processes, and providing outstanding service to employees and internal stakeholders. As People Services Senior Manager, you will oversee the full range of administrative HR processes across the employee lifecycle; from onboarding and contract management to offboarding and data integrity. Acting as the escalation point for complex issues, you will collaborate with teams across multiple countries to drive harmonization and continuous improvement. Develop and manage a centralized People Services & Administration function aligned with global standards and local regulations. Monitor service quality and productivity through KPIs and performance data. Serve as subject matter expert and escalation point for regional People Services leads. Support transformation projects, system implementations, and integrations. Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field. ~8+ years of experience in People Operations, HR Administration, or Shared Services, including team leadership. ~ Proven ability to manage high-volume operations with accuracy and efficiency. ~ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
