Senior Test Manager -Contract (12 months) – Hybrid
Work Model: Hybrid (2 days onsite)
Location: The Hague
Our client, a multinational IT Services company, is seeking a highly experienced and decisive Senior Test Manager with a strong track record in complex IT environments. This role offers an opportunity to contribute both strategically and operationally to the successful delivery of large-scale technology programmes.
Key Requirements
- Minimum 8 years' experience in a Test Manager role within complex IT projects and/or programmes
- Proven experience working within Agile/Scrum environments
- Relevant certifications such as Scrum, TMap, and/or ISTQB (advanced level preferred)
- Hands-on experience with Jira and Xray for test management, execution, and reporting
Domain Experience
Strong knowledge and/or experience in one or more of the following areas is highly desirable:
- Unified Communications (UC)
- Identity & Access Management (IAM)
- Public Key Infrastructure (PKI)
- Privileged Access Management (PAM)
- Directory Services (DS)
- ServiceNow

- Excellent communication skills and the ability to act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, architects, product owners, and delivery teams

Additional Requirements
- Fluent in Dutch (spoken and written)
- Must hold a valid Dutch ID
