Role: System Engineer
Location: The Hague
Join a fast growing Manufacturing company who have recently gone through an acquisition. They are looking to grow and double their headcount across the next year. It is a great opportunity to support a business that values each individual as well as the product they manufacture.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain server and hosting environments
- Perform updates, upgrades, and platform improvements
- Build and deploy new server environments for customers
- Monitor system performance, availability, and security
- Support infrastructure projects and platform enhancements
- Maintain clear documentation of systems and changes
- Participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation
Requirements:
- MBO level 4 education with HBO working and thinking level
- Experience in a System Engineer or infrastructure role
- Knowledge of server environments, virtualization, and networking
- Structured, proactive, and customer-focused mindset
- Fluent in Dutch and English
- Driving license (B)
Desirables:
- VMware Certified Professional
- PowerShell scripting experience
- Microsoft certifications
